BCM Call Logger 1.3

BCM Call Logger will process call data from any Nortel or Avaya Business Communications Manager system.

The resulting call data is stored in a standard Microsoft Access database, allowing users to either run standard BCM Call Logger reports or query the database directly for advanced reporting.
